Job summary
A logistics company in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to handle cargo clearance processes. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting customs documents, monitoring cargo status, and creating reports. Ideal candidates should have experience in customs clearance and be able to communicate in English, with knowledge of Chinese as a plus. Strong teamwork and execution skills are essential for this role, which also requires willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customs clearance, import/export, or foreign trade preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in both Chinese (optional) and English.
- Demonstrated strong execution skills and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Process and review documents related to cargo clearance.
- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documents for customs clearance.
- Monitor cargo status and update logistics information.
- Prepare and export relevant reports according to operational requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
