A women's health clinic in Selangor seeks a dedicated female clinic service executive. The ideal candidate will provide essential patient care, manage front desk operations, and support doctors in a welcoming clinic environment. Malaysia, Female (specifically requires female candidates because Klinik Dr. Kartini is focused on women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, and antenatal care). The role involves assisting with highly sensitive medical procedures and consultations (e.g., fertility examinations, pap smears, antenatal checks) where patients strongly prefer to be attended by female staff due to cultural, privacy, and comfort considerations. As such, the requirement for a female is a clinical necessity to ensure patient comfort and trust, which is integral to the nature of our services.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Committed to long-term, full-time employment (short-term, part-time, or currently studying applicants will not be considered)
Good communication skills in both English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage
Friendly, patient-focused, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
possess own transport
Patient Care & Service – Manage the front desk, assist doctors, take vital signs, and dispense medications.
Administrative Support – Handle recordkeeping, billing, claims, and submissions accurately.
Clinical support: organise consultation rooms, prepare instruments and equipment, and ensure protocol compliance.
Stock & Inventory – Monitor, top up, and record medicines, vaccines, consumables, and other supplies.
Housekeeping & Safety – Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
Customer Experience – Uphold the image and values of Klinik Dr. Kartini by providing professional, empathetic, and patient-centred service at all times.
