Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome or 1-2 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction costing, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Able to work at Setia Alam, Selangor, OR Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Quantity Surveyor tasks, including valuation and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare progress claims, sub-contractor payments, and final accounts.
• Support tender activities by preparing documents and sourcing quotes.
• Monitor and manage materials supply with site visits for valuation.
• Work closely with project managers to address issues related to contracts.
