Job description

The Tender Executive will manage the full spectrum of preparing and managing bids and tenders, perform day to day procurement activities related to construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • To review tender / quotation documents and ensuring compliance with the requirements.
  • To prepare listing of potential tenderers.
  • Involve in tender closing, tender opening and tender evaluation process.
  • To participate in tender interview / clarification / negotiation with tenderers.
  • To prepare final approval and awarding.
  • Assist in daily procurement activities.
  • To review and check all the Purchase Requisition Form (PR Form) received.
  • Evaluate quotation from vendors and to negotiate for better rpices.
  • To prepare cost comparison analysis.
  • To ensure proper filing of PR Form records, keep track of project documents and files
  • To analysis of market trends and potential vendors
  • Perform any other related task assigned b immediate superior.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, C&S Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tender administration, project environment, and procurement process management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
