Position Statement

A Kids Club Manager is responsible for the operation of Kids activities in a safe and fun environment following the resort's policies and procedures. A Kids Club Manager will also be responsible for the operations of the Kids Club facilities associated with the programs in relation to activities and entertainment.

What will I be doing? Position Summary

As the Kids Club Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Responsible for on-the-job training of the Kids Club team and ensuring that the Hilton University courses.
• Organize regular trainings to make sure team members are familiar with hotel product knowledge and activities as well as the service standards and requirements.
• Make sure all Kids Club charges are correct and followed-up on promptly.
• Ensure that all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and updated information.
• Provide a caring and safe environment for children.
• Ensure that a clean play area is maintained with the necessary equipment.
• Assist in maintaining appropriate health and safety standards in the working environment and follow company policies and procedures.
• Supervise children while parents/guardians are using the hotel facilities.
• Work in close partnership, develop and maintain good relationships with parents/guardians.
• Schedule and coordinate children activities to maximise attendance.
• Maintain the crèche's diary and schedule staff accordingly.
• Maintain high level guest service standards.
• Ensure all information input is correct.
• Keep close attention to team members’ requirements, including attention to every team member’s workload and duties, to fulfil operation needs.
• Comply with all company policies relating to reservations.
• Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the hotel.
• Strictly follow brand standards.
• Ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s team member rules and regulations.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A Kids Club Manager serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Child Care or related field
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Basic computer knowledge
• It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Previous experience in Kids Club
• Previous experience in a luxury remote location
