Job summary
A multinational company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Procurement/Sourcing Lead. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost competitiveness. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of experience in procurement, with a significant leadership background. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills are essential. This role offers attractive benefits including a fixed basic salary and yearly bonuses.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing, with at least 5 years in a regional or group leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost-down initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group-wide sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk management.
- Lead cost reduction programs to achieve annual savings targets.
- Build strong, strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
