The Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior IT Consultant to join our team and work on a new platform with significant growth potential. As a Junior IT Consultant at Kyndryl, you will deliver value to customers by applying your knowledge of IT domains, consulting techniques, and innovative solutions. You will establish milestones, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate the benefits of your solutions effectively.

Join our team to gain hands-on experience across IT Strategy & Transformation, Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Network, and Mainframe.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the customer's current IT landscape, define IT strategy, and plan and implement solutions.
2. Assess, transform, and modernize IT landscapes including cloud, network, security, and digital workplace solutions.
3. Advise customers on technology options and support strategic decision-making.
4. Support complex IT strategy and transformation projects, including organizational change management.
5. Develop management summaries, IT strategies, and roadmaps.
6. Create and own assets, tools, and white papers in your domain.

Candidate Profile:

• Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
• Some experience in a consulting environment.
• Understanding of IT operations and service management frameworks like ITIL and COBIT.
• Interest in modern technologies.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.
