Program Execution Lead & Customer Liaison (EMS)
Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Johor seeks a Program Manager to oversee project execution and communication with clients. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years in program management, preferably in the EMS industry. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines, and resolving customer issues. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory, while knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. The position offers a structured 5-day work week.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or administration role, preferably in EMS/manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling ECO/ECN processes is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead program execution and act as the primary liaison between the company and customers.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a successful program lifecycle.
- Monitor production plans, shipment commitments, and revenue tracking.
