Responsibilities
This role involves on-site monitoring of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks such as QLASSIC. The position requires regular inspections, coordination with contractors, consultants, and authorities to resolve site issues, and supervision of architectural, structural, and M&E works. It supports the Project Manager in tracking progress and resolving delays, while also handling defect management during the liability period, including liaising with internal teams and customers. The role includes maintaining accurate site documentation, reporting daily progress, and verifying work completion for claims and handover processes.
Qualifications
Minimum a Diploma in Engineering (Architectural, Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical) is preferred, but candidates without a diploma may be considered if they have over 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in a similar role or industry.
