We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Recruiter to help us build and scale our organization.
Location: Johor Bahru
Positions: 1 for each level
- Manage and drive the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
- Build a pipeline of top talent through research and sourcing.
- Enhance candidate experience by engaging candidates throughout the interview process.
- Partner with hiring and talent teams to develop sourcing strategies.
- Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience for blue and white-collar roles.
- Ability to evaluate technical and non-technical skills effectively.
- Experience sourcing production operators and technicians via multiple channels (social media, sourcing campaigns, networking, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible working hours; availability on phone outside standard hours is required.
- Must be Malaysian.
