The Role This is a remote, full-time position for an experienced Sales Development Representative. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients: engaging, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The role suits someone who thrives on conversation, persistence, and measurable outcomes.

• Reach out to potential clients and build interest in our marketing solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers.
• Keep accurate notes and updates in the company’s CRM.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and internal teams.

• Malaysian citizens only.
• 3–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or appointment setting.
• Background in insurance, property, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home.

• Base salary: RM 3,500 – 4,500/month (based on experience).
• Performance incentives for qualified meetings and successful deals.
• Typical total monthly earnings: RM 5,000 – 6,000+.
