1. Lead the design and architecture of secure systems to meet evolving client business requirements.
2. Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
3. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software developers.
4. Customize project functionalities based on client feedback and industry best practices.
5. Implement and promote best practices in coding, testing, and software design, and champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to drive development efficiency.
6. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the development process and proactively implement solutions.
7. Ensure smooth handover to support teams and provide guidance for post-deployment maintenance and optimization.
