Job summary
A technology enterprise in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Python Developer to build, test, and deploy high-quality scalable solutions. The role involves developing robust web features and RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Django or Flask. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and at least 3 years of software development experience in Python and Java. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, along with cloud platforms, is an added advantage.

- Strong proficiency in Python frameworks.

- Build and maintain web features and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks.
- Design and manage database schemas and execute optimized queries.

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in building, testing, and deploying. The ideal candidate will work across backend development and mobile app implementation to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Build, document, and maintain scalable and robust web features and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Design and manage database schemas, and execute optimized queries using ORMs like Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.
Develop and maintain server-side logic including authentication, authorization, and data processing workflows.
Integrate backend services with third-party APIs and external data sources.
Ensure web applications deliver high performance, quality, and responsiveness across environments.
Integrate backend services built with Python and/or Java Spring Boot.
Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud environments.
Ensure smooth API communication between backend systems and mobile clients.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years experience in Java and Python software development.
Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration.
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
Proficiency with Linux environments for development and deployment.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
