  • Manage and nurture customer relationships using CRM tools, ensuring consistent communication and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations (virtually or in person) to showcase the features and benefits of our heavy machinery solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company profitability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns targeting key industries and customer segments.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including technical specifications and applications, to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Expanxion Industries.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outlining sales activities, progress, and challenges encountered.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
