  • Expected salary: RM15 - RM20 per hour
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Email Marketing (EDM)
  • Assist in creating and sending email campaigns.
  • Maintain mailing lists and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
Content Generation
  • Create compelling copy and visuals for social media, emails, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
Lead Generation Support
  • Explore and test alternative digital channels for sales leads (e.g., website, forums, niche platforms, partnerships).
  • Assist in tracking and reporting lead performance.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
  • Maintain campaign calendars and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media support preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and publishing workflow, and email marketing tools.
  • Familiar with sales lead generation.
  • Familiar with AI tools and content generation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work in a remote working environment and highly disciplined.
  • Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
  • Own working laptops with minimum Windows 10, 8GB RAM, SSD, and decent Internet connection speed (20 mbps minimum). Company laptops can be provided for certain areas.
