Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content on Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Email Marketing (EDM)
- Assist in creating and sending email campaigns.
- Maintain mailing lists and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
Content Generation
- Create compelling copy and visuals for social media, emails, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
Lead Generation Support
- Explore and test alternative digital channels for sales leads (e.g., website, forums, niche platforms, partnerships).
- Assist in tracking and reporting lead performance.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain campaign calendars and documentation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media support preferred.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and publishing workflow, and email marketing tools.
- Familiar with sales lead generation.
- Familiar with AI tools and content generation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work in a remote working environment and highly disciplined.
- Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
- Own working laptops with minimum Windows 10, 8GB RAM, SSD, and decent Internet connection speed (20 mbps minimum). Company laptops can be provided for certain areas.
