A leading abrasive solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Technical Support and Customer Solutions. In this role, you'll manage customer accounts across Penang, Seremban, and KL, handling technical complaints and driving sales growth. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in sales or technical support, strong problem-solving skills, and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. In this role, you will manage customer accounts KL, Selangor & Seremban, handle technical complaints, provide on‑site product support, and proactively drive sales growth for both Fepa and Carbo product lines.
You will work closely with production, technical teams, and customers to resolve issues, recommend suitable abrasive solutions, and build long‑term customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both technical problem‑solving and achieving sales targets.
