Job summary
A leading online freelancing platform is seeking a Digital Content Operations Specialist to assist with daily website content and digital asset management. This remote role will involve handling content requests, supporting website updates, and ensuring quality control of digital assets. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience in digital operations, project coordination, and image editing, alongside proficiency in English and Chinese. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital operations, project coordination, or related digital roles.
- Experience in image editing with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Prior experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day website content requests.
- Support content updates on Hyatt platforms.
- Assist in new website launches for hotels.
- Review assets to ensure submission standards.
- Crop and upload images for optimal framing.
- Ensure quality control of digital assets.
