About the company: Randstad has recently partnered with a software company from Singapore that provides Transport Management Software. They are looking to hire an enterprise sales executive to be remotely based in Malaysia.
About the job
- Identify, engage and close new enterprise clients across targeted industries and regions.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Write and lead end‑to‑end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling, client‑focused proposals.
- Deliver impactful, customised product demos and presentations to key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Understand clients’ strategic priorities, map their needs to our SaaS capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives, procurement leads, and business decision‑makers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report key metrics using CRM tools.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy and positioning.

About the requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise or B2B software sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and close high‑value deals. Have a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Hands‑on experience leading RFP/RFI processes for large enterprise clients.
- Strong ability to deliver engaging, value‑focused product demos—both virtual and in‑person.
- Solid understanding of business operations, business processes & SaaS products.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and self‑starting. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM systems.
