We are a podiatry clinic based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in Home Visit services. Our primary clients are elderly members of the local Chinese community. We are committed to delivering professional and compassionate care, while continuously improving our service experience.

Scope of Work (Contractor)
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with patients via phone
  • Manage podiatrist’s appointments and travel arrangements
  • Email invoices and assist with reconciliation
  • Handle ordering of supplies and basic administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English, with strong English writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills; patient, detail-oriented, and able to interact warmly with elderly clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiar with online communication tools
  • Prior experience in customer service or teaching is an advantage
Work Arrangement

Contractor position (not an employee role)

Work from home, based in Malaysia

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1pm–6pm (Sydney time), 5 hours per day.

Time Conversion:

  • Sydney Summer time, October to April: Malaysia time 10am - 3pm
  • Sydney Non‑Summer time, April to October: Malaysia time 11am - 4pm

Must align with Australian business hours and Australian public holidays

Phone communication costs are covered by the clinic

Salary: RM2,167 per month
