Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Executive to drive sales and market share targets. The role involves developing annual account plans and selling a range of products to meet objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial experience, ideally within retail environments. Knowledge of Nestlé's policies and operations is advantageous. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience, preferably with knowledge of Nestlé, retailing and retail customers.
• Experience working with accounts like Econsave is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, agree and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for required categories.
• Sell range of Nestlé products to meet sales, profit targets and market share objectives.
• Drive business relationship with account and ensure customer intimacy.
