Job summary

A leading global food and beverage company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Strategic Network Planning Lead to develop and manage long-term supply networks and drive optimization across categories. This role demands expertise in supply planning, scenario modeling, and collaboration across teams. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Engineering or related fields, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector, focusing on enhancing efficiency and strategic coherence within the supply network.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in supply planning, factory/network optimization and stakeholder management, preferably in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term supply and capacity plans across categories and factories.
• Conduct scenario and network optimization planning.
• Lead factory planning and capability mapping.
• Collaborate closely with Category Managers, PSCs, SBUs and Zone teams.
• Manage market requirements consolidation and master data sign-offs.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement through advanced planning analytics.
• Act as a category expert in coffee manufacturing.
