Project Management: Lead IT projects across multiple teams, implementing Agile methodologies to improve delivery and adoption.

Operational Excellence: Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity tools while ensuring high‑quality service delivery to all business units.

Team Development: Build and mentor a high‑performing IT team through coaching, capability development, and effective resource planning.

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.

Professional Experience: 8–10 years of IT leadership experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Skills and Competencies: Strong experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure audits, and compliance.

Interpersonal Skills: Proven capability in stakeholder management and enterprise‑level project implementation.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
