What you'll be doing?

Strategic Leadership: Define and champion the Group IT & Digital Transformation Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with corporate strategy and ESG goals.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Spearhead IT risk management and ensure adherence to PDPA, ISO 27001, and internal governance frameworks.

Project Management: Lead IT projects across multiple teams, implementing Agile methodologies to improve delivery and adoption.

Operational Excellence: Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity tools while ensuring high‑quality service delivery to all business units.

Team Development: Build and mentor a high‑performing IT team through coaching, capability development, and effective resource planning.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.

Professional Experience: 8–10 years of IT leadership experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Skills and Competencies: Strong experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure audits, and compliance.
