Sales Executive (Public Sector - Heavy Construction Machine)
Job summary
A recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive for the Public Sector, focusing on Heavy Construction Machines. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of BtoB sales experience and a background in Engineering or related fields. Responsibilities include developing new sales, maintaining client relations, and conducting market research. This role offers opportunities for fresh graduates from Mechanical Engineering as well.
Qualifications
- 2 years of BtoB sales experience required.
- Must possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
- Fresh Graduates in Mechanical Engineering welcome to apply.
- Experience in Engineering fields or Heavy Equipment preferred.
- Strong motivation and independent work capability.
Responsibilities
- Develop new sales and follow-up on existing clients to meet sales targets.
- Maintain good relations with existing and prospective accounts.
- Evaluate customer's needs through market research.

- Sales experience in Engineering fields/Heavy Equipment/Machinery
- Sales experience with clients in Construction or Plantation field
- Technical knowledge related to Construction Heavy Machinery
- Education Background: Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Business Marketing
- Highly motivated, sales oriented with proven track record and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
