Job Responsibilities
- Plan and follow up on daily planning and production achievement (KPI – OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety) through proper communication with QA and Maintenance team
- Providing training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Establishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work day
- Overseeing the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000)
- Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting standards of excellence
