Commercial Project, Housing Project as well as Industrial Project, all included in their expertise area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality control
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and design
• Adhere to local building codes and regulations
• Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:

• Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferable.
