Job summary
A leading global IoT provider in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, seeks a Training Specialist to develop training schedules, manage stakeholder engagements, and ensure training facilities are maintained. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in learning and development, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred. - Develop training schedule according to the training plan and make related arrangement.
- Contact with the trainer to confirm training theme content and method.
- Establish staff training time and course and other information file to record staff training process.
- Contact with external training institute based on company training requirement and make initial selection for course and provide external training suggestion to related department and employee.
- Ensure that training facilities (such as meeting room and equipment) are well-maintained to guarantee that the training environment meets the required standards.
- Update all corporate culture promotional materials in Penang and arrange corresponding activities.
- The duties of this position include the tasks listed above, as well as any others assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in learning / development or related field.
- Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Communications/ Training & Development/ Human Resources/ Psychology/ or a related field.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in computer skills or Microsoft Office application.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
