Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training schedule according to the training plan and make related arrangement.
  • Contact with the trainer to confirm training theme content and method.
  • Establish staff training time and course and other information file to record staff training process.
  • Contact with external training institute based on company training requirement and make initial selection for course and provide external training suggestion to related department and employee.
  • Ensure that training facilities (such as meeting room and equipment) are well-maintained to guarantee that the training environment meets the required standards.
  • Update all corporate culture promotional materials in Penang and arrange corresponding activities.
  • The duties of this position include the tasks listed above, as well as any others assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences in learning / development or related field.
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Communications/ Training & Development/ Human Resources/ Psychology/ or a related field.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in computer skills or Microsoft Office application.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
