Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Marketing. The candidate will manage digital marketing, website updates, and event planning while developing effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields and 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing. Offering a competitive salary range of RM 6,000 to RM 8,000.

- Website and Digital Marketing Management
- Design, manage, and update the company website to ensure a user-friendly interface and engaging content.
- Optimize the website for SEO to improve visibility and organic search ranking.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Event and Exhibition Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Prepare marketing materials, booth designs, and event logistics to ensure a professional presentation.
- Network with potential clients and industry professionals during events to generate leads.
- Marketing Strategy and Campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote EMI shielding, thermal interface, and wave-absorbing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Content Creation and Branding
- Create high-quality content for brochures, presentations, newsletters, and product catalogs.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Support product launches with promotional materials and campaigns.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with external vendors for marketing collateral production, printing, and website development.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and prepare reports for management review.
