Once operational by the end of 2024, the Kulim site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semiconductor industry. We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for the following position:

• Review shipment dashboards per shift.
• Update Gantt charts, recovery plans, and other relevant documents.
• Set and follow up on Kanban at each production station.
• Monitor and highlight abnormalities impacting real-time output.
• Oversee and coordinate WIP and daily production output.
• Monitor and address overdue waiting time lots; assist in achieving production targets.
• Manage high WIP levels and make appropriate judgments to reduce WIP.

• Diploma in manufacturing, business, or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
