Program Director – D365 Centre of Excellence (COE)

The Program Director will lead the strategic planning and execution of the Dynamics 365 rollout across Asia. This role ensures program success, alignment with business goals, and delivery excellence while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Build the Centre of Excellence: Establish and lead the COE for Dynamics 365 development and release management.
• Develop methodologies and best practices to enhance program capabilities.
• Conduct analysis and develop a strategic rollout plan for Dynamics 365 in Asia.
• Own the roadmap for ERP, integration, testing, and change management.
• Solution Delivery: Ensure successful D365 program delivery across Asian markets.
• Oversee project scope, design, reporting, and data management.
• Support and Service Delivery: Ensure operational support and service delivery post-hypercare.
• Establish metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Governance and Methodology: Manage project governance, escalation processes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee budget management and intercompany recharge.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
• Change and People Leadership: Guide change impact assessments and lead team management activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations or similar ERP projects (e.g. Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, etc).
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
