Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Sales & Commerce Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating room business from all existing Corporate and potential Government and Embassies accounts, coordinating customer requirements with other departments to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and profitability for the hotel. The Senior Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales / Director of Commercial Strategy.
