Senior Project Executive - ID Fit-Out & Design Lead
Job summary
A construction management company is seeking a Senior Project Executive in Kuala Lumpur to assist in supervising all construction works. The role demands a Degree or Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Responsibilities include implementing QESH management policies and coordinating subcontractor activities. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and knowledgeable about site works and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in site works, inspection, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Self-motivated person able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project/Construction Manager to supervise all construction works.
- Implement all policies, activities, and procedures of QESH management.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at the project site.
