Job summary

A construction management company is seeking a Senior Project Executive in Kuala Lumpur to assist in supervising all construction works. The role demands a Degree or Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Responsibilities include implementing QESH management policies and coordinating subcontractor activities. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and knowledgeable about site works and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge in site works, inspection, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated person able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project/Construction Manager to supervise all construction works.
• Implement all policies, activities, and procedures of QESH management.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at the project site.
