What will your role be?

Project management skill is a must, and the ability to foster the mutual happiness of client and agency lies in successfully bridging the divide between what they want and what we can deliver.

You play a role as the servicing person between the Clients and our Creative Design and Production team from job initiation, conceptualization, presentation, project costing quotation, review and approval procurement, production timeline management and after sale follow up.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Event Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Psychology, Commerce or equivalent.

At least one year of working experience in corporate event management. If you do not have the minimum working experience but are a Fresh Graduate, you are encouraged to apply.

Must have own transport.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
