A manufacturing company in Johor is seeking a candidate for stamping operations management. The role involves scheduling operations, coordinating with teams, and monitoring production. Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering and strong analytical skills. Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided. The salary range is RM 3,000 - 3,500.

- Plan and schedule stamping operations based on production orders and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth stamping operations.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and address potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records of stamping output, machine utilization, and inventory.
- Generate and analyze production and capacity reports to support operational decisions.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize stamping processes and efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or production planning software is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Salary Range: RM 3,000 - 3,500
