Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules specifically for die casting operations based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth die casting workflow.
• Monitor die casting production progress to identify delays, bottlenecks, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of die casting output, inventory, and production resources.
• Generate and analyze production reports to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize die casting planning and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or production planning software is a plus.
