Responsibilities:
- Generating quality leads from various channels to develop and expand client base and close sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and/or new corporate customers and system integrators.
- Attending to customer's requests for proposals and quotations with the appropriate follow-up.
- Administer sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders.
- Always keeping up with product knowledge and related skill sets, as well as doing extensive research on market situations and trends.
- Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records and sales pipelines.
- Participate in any other ad-hoc duties assigned to the team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Prior experience working in a similar role is a bonus.
- Prior experience working with system integrators is a bonus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to use basic Excel skills and analyze data.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about engaging customers and providing excellent service.
- Fluency in English is required, both speaking (verbal) and writing (written). Ability to converse in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
