Supervise, monitor, inspect, and undertake all types of architectural works at the construction site.

Perform daily on-site supervision and assist subcontractors with work implementations.

Ensure architectural works comply with defined standards and adhere to the project timeline.

Set clear objectives for company workers and operators to optimize their outputs.

Review drawings prepared by architects and other consultants, highlighting discrepancies.

Coordinate with the project team on technical and quality matters.

Communicate regularly with the procurement department and monitor material deliveries.

Liaise with contract executives regarding subcontractor scope of work disputes.

Prepare progress reports for client and consultant meetings.

Assist in overall project implementation and site construction activities.

Support the project team in inspections, meetings, liaising with COW, clients, and handling administrative matters.

Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, including onboarding new workers, logistics, and daily site reports.

Undertake any other duties as instructed by the Project Manager and Management.

Maintain proper records such as site diaries, measurements, progress reports, and project claims.

Identify and resolve potential problems on-site with consultants, the project team, contractors, and COW.

Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required.
