Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of working experience in the construction industry or related field.
• At least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Well versed with the statutory and regulatory requirements including CIPPA, CIDB.

Responsibilities

• Administer Contract Management for the Group Companies.
• Review and negotiate a variety of contracts including Project Deeds and Service contracts.
• Monitor compliance of contract specifications.
• Manage all contractual matters and prepare payment certifications.
• Check and verify progress claims and subcontractors claims.
