Developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects
Coordinating and managing all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients
Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the continuous development of the company's project management practices
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in budget planning, cost control, and financial management
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional project teams
Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
