As Customer Service Representative, you’ll closely work with the Customer Service team to provide assistance and support to the Market Reach team. This role is highly impactful for maximizing our customer satisfaction. To do so, you will engage in providing quality services to customers and the sales team, processing orders and quotations, following up on order status with customers, and handling customer enquiries through phone or email.
