• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar contract management role, ideally within the construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Monitoring contract performance and compliance, and identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to project teams on contractual matters.
• Monitoring project costs and valuations to ensure projects remain on budget.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract management.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
