Job summary
A manufacturing company in Kapar, Selangor is seeking to hire a Production Manager to oversee compliance with GMP and safety requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining machines, collecting samples for lab testing, ensuring workplace cleanliness, and adhering to ISO quality systems. Candidates with a SKM/Diploma in Engineering are preferred, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal applicant should demonstrate leadership and communication skills, and be able to work on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
- Maintain machines to ensure effective operation.
- Collect samples for lab testing.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of surroundings.
- Carry out duties according to work instructions.
- Ensure productivity, quality, and minimum wastage.
- Effectively carry out ISO quality systems.
Skills
Education
Wear Safe (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Kapar, Selangor
Manage and ensure all production processes comply with the GMP and safety & health requirement.
To ensure that the machines run effectively with minimum breakdown and maintain it regularly.
To treat coagulant/polymer waste.
Collect samples and send to the lab for lab testing.
Ensure housekeeping and surrounding are clean and properly maintained at all time.
Carry out the job according to Work Instruction.
To ensure high productivity with good quality and minimum wastage.
To ensure ISO quality system are carried out effectively.
Other assigned duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must posses at least SKM/Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent
FRESH Graduate are encourage to apply

Able to work on rotating shift.
