Job description

Syah Management & Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Aircond Technician to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Aircond Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position within our dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Install air-conditioning units (wall-mounted / split unit)
• Perform basic service, chemical wash, and overhaul service
• Troubleshoot issues such as not cooling, water leakage, or system errors
• Repair and replace spare parts (motor, sensor, PCB, compressor, etc.)
• Prepare daily job reports with before-and-after photos
• Maintain tools and equipment, and comply with all safety SOPs

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the air-conditioning field
• Possess a car/motorcycle driving license (priority given)
• Willing to work outstation when required
• Hardworking, honest, able to follow instructions, and a good team player
• Fresh graduates with SKM/TVET certification are encouraged to apply

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500 (based on experience)
