As a ServiceNow Developer, you will provide high‑level design and technical solutions for the ServiceNow team:

• Deliver Technical Solutions: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements, using out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and custom development where needed.
• Lead Platform Configuration: Configure modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), build workflows, and manage integrations with third‑party systems via APIs or IntegrationHub.
• Engage with Clients and Stakeholders: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance on platform capabilities, and ensure solution alignment with business goals.
• Ensure Quality and Governance: Follow best practices for coding, documentation, security, and data management; support testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements, identify opportunities for automation, and stay current with ServiceNow innovations and roadmap updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration across core applications (e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
