Job summary
A leading food delivery platform is seeking a lead generation specialist in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves researching and contacting potential leads, maintaining databases, and providing vital information to management. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin, along with experience in cold calling and database management.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
- Experience in cold calling and database maintenance.
- Strong skills in project and time management.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
While leads are provided, you will be expected to:
● Research, track, maintain and update leads.
● Contact prospects to qualify leads.
● Research and maintain lead generation database.
● Provide accurate and timely information to management.
● Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
● Excellent English communication (verbal and written), read & write in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin fluently is a plus.
● Experience with cold calling.
● Experience with research and maintaining databases
● Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel
● Comfortable in working with online business tools such as Google applications. Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory
● Strong project and time management skills.
● Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
