Job Summary

The Enterprise Architect (EA) is a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and maintaining the comprehensive technical blueprint of the organization, ensuring alignment between business strategy and scalable, secure technology solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Roadmap across all domains (Business, Data, Application, and Technology).
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance policies across the enterprise.
• Translate executive business strategy into clear, actionable technical requirements and architectural opportunities.
• Lead the design and modernization of complex enterprise platforms, specializing in cloud migration and application rationalization.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to maximize business value.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt, ensuring security and regulatory compliance are built into every design.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with 5+ years in a dedicated Enterprise or Domain Architect role.
• Proven expertise in designing highly scalable, fault‑tolerant, and secure systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep knowledge across architecture domains: Application (Microservices, Event‑Driven), Data (Data Lakes, Data Mesh), and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence technical and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with standard frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and certifications are highly desirable.
