A leading marketing firm in Klang City seeks a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies for ongoing projects. Responsibilities include managing operations, overseeing advertising campaigns, and leading a team to achieve sales objectives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, over 5 years of managerial experience in property sales, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position demands an ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans for the Company’s planned or existing projects to ensure continuous business growth and sustainability of the Company.
Plan and direct day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing functions to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.
Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets and analyse and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
Ensure effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to ensure that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Plan and oversee advertising and press campaigns activities including print, online, sales launch/road show and electronic media.
Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet the changing market and competitive conditions.
Employ unique marketing techniques, drive creativity and contribute to tactical execution of the strategy.
Lead, supervise and manage the sales & marketing team in achieving targeted objectives.
Manage overall sales administration department such as loan application, SPA signing and stamping, billing and reminders.
Enhance the Company’s branding to increase market positioning and attract new customers.
Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to the Management.
Provide marketing communications direction instilling best market practices in the team.
Liaise and work with authorities in related permit application.
Analyze and report sales results to the Management on a timely basis.
Provide feedback from the field to the Management from time to time.
Work with marketing staff on sales materials and sales events.
Source for marketing agents.
Undertake and performs related duties and special events as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
More than 5 years of managerial experience in property sales and marketing.
Must be a good team player and possess a good leadership skills and communication skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
