Job description

Minimum 1–2 years of sales or business negotiation experience — skill matters the most!

Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and able to handle pressure.

Not afraid of rejection, proactive, and willing to learn sales techniques.

Familiar with TikTok / Xiaohongshu / Instagram and interested in the new media industry.

Strong sense of goal achievement, highly self-driven, able to independently handle the full sales process from prospecting ➔ follow-up ➔ closing.

Able to prepare simple quotations or proposal documents is an advantage.

Having a driving license is preferred (for client visits).

Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus (multilingual clients are easier to close).

Responsibility
  • Proactively develop potential clients (merchants, SMEs, brands, F&B, retail, service industries, etc.).

  • Generate business opportunities through phone calls, offline visits, social media DMs, and private domain channels.

  • Introduce company services to clients (short video management, video shooting, advertising, short drama product placement, IP development, etc.).

  • Independently complete the full sales cycle: needs discussion ➔ proposal presentation ➔ quotation ➔ negotiation ➔ contract signing.

  • Build long-term client relationships to increase repeat business and renewal rate.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve monthly new client KPIs and sales targets.

  • Update client information, sales progress, and market feedback.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable market insights to the company.
