A dynamic media agency in Kuala Lumpur seeks a sales professional to drive client acquisition and manage the full sales process. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales experience, a strong outgoing personality, and proficiency in handling clients across various media platforms including TikTok and Instagram. This role includes achieving sales targets, coordinating project delivery, and maintaining long-term client relationships, with benefits including commission, medical leave, and a positive work culture.

Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and able to handle pressure.
Not afraid of rejection, proactive, and willing to learn sales techniques.
Familiar with TikTok / Xiaohongshu / Instagram and interested in the new media industry.
Strong sense of goal achievement, highly self-driven, able to independently handle the full sales process from prospecting ➔ follow-up ➔ closing.
Able to prepare simple quotations or proposal documents is an advantage.
Having a driving license is preferred (for client visits).
Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus (multilingual clients are easier to close).

Proactively develop potential clients (merchants, SMEs, brands, F&B, retail, service industries, etc.).
Generate business opportunities through phone calls, offline visits, social media DMs, and private domain channels.
Introduce company services to clients (short video management, video shooting, advertising, short drama product placement, IP development, etc.).
Independently complete the full sales cycle: needs discussion ➔ proposal presentation ➔ quotation ➔ negotiation ➔ contract signing.
Build long-term client relationships to increase repeat business and renewal rate.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly new client KPIs and sales targets.
Update client information, sales progress, and market feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable market insights to the company.
